We accept returns within 45 days of purchase. In general, products must be unworn, unwashed in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
However, undershirts and underwear must be in their original condition and unopened. (We don’t resell undergarments that have been tried on.)
All returns are inspected and must meet our return criteria before a refund or exchange is approved. Any item(s) not meeting this criteria cannot be returned to the customer.

If this is your first purchase of our sweat proof undershirts and sweat proof boxer briefs, try on one sweat proof undershirt and/or pair of sweat proof boxer briefs before unpackaging all undershirts and boxer briefs in your order.
If you don’t love the fit, feel or function of the first opened product, we’ll send you a different size or issue a refund. No return required. (Clothing, socks, Essential boxer briefs, bundles or multi-packs are not eligible for the First Product Guarantee.)
To initiate a First Product Guarantee return or exchange, email support@ejisinc.com. You cannot process a First Product Guarantee using the automated Return Portal.
Products not covered by the First Product Guarantee can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase.
You can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit for any items that pass inspection. (All returned items are inspected and must meet our return criteria before a refund or exchange is processed.)
Exchanges are shipped free of charge to customers.

A bundle is defined as multiple units charged at one price. (For example, a 6-pack bundle of cotton sweat proof undershirts is charged one price, $168.00, whereas, six single units are charged $32.99 each.)
