Return Policy

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase. In general, products must be unworn, unwashed in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

However, undershirts and underwear must be in their original condition and unopened. (We don’t resell undergarments that have been tried on.)

All returns are inspected and must meet our return criteria before a refund or exchange is approved. Any item(s) not meeting this criteria cannot be returned to the customer.

First Product Guarantee (FPG)

If this is your first purchase of our sweat proof undershirts and sweat proof boxer briefs, try on one sweat proof undershirt and/or pair of sweat proof boxer briefs before unpackaging all undershirts and boxer briefs in your order.

If you don’t love the fit, feel or function of the first opened product, we’ll send you a different size or issue a refund. No return required. (Clothing, socks, Essential boxer briefs, bundles or multi-packs are not eligible for the First Product Guarantee.)

FPG Benefits

The FPG covers one single sweat proof undershirt and one single pair of sweat proof boxer briefs. (Clothing, Essential boxer briefs, socks, bundles and multi-packs are not eligible.)
You have 45 days to try out your first purchase and let us know if you’d like to use the FPG.
Available to domestic and international customers.
No return is required and we’ll ship your exchange for free.

FPG Limits (because even awesome policies have limitations)

Valid for single units only. Bundles or multi-packs are not eligible.
Valid for sweat proof products only. Clothing, socks and Essential boxer briefs are not eligible.
FPG exchanges only cover a change in size, not a different style or color.

Individual Products

Products not covered by the First Product Guarantee can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase.

Undershirts and underwear must be in their original unopened packaging. (We don’t resell undergarments that have been tried on.)
All other products must be unworn, and unwashed in their original condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.

You can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit for any items that pass inspection. (All returned items are inspected and must meet our return criteria before a refund or exchange is processed.)

Exchanges are shipped free of charge to customers.

Bundles

Definition of Bundle

A bundle is defined as multiple units charged at one price. (For example, a 6-pack bundle of cotton sweat proof undershirts is charged one price, $168.00, whereas, six single units are charged $32.99 each.)

Conditions/Restrictions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned products from the bundle must be unopened and unworn.
None of the products in a bundle qualify for the First Product Guarantee. The First Product Guarantee is limited to products purchased as single units.
